Rating: out of 5 I love the author's resolution to their reception conflict. It was a very nice touch to the story and
said a lot about the men's feelings toward each other. A highly romantic read.

I loved this! Not just because it is a charity sip and has this comment in the blurb:
The proceeds from this Wedding Sip will be donated to gay and lesbian legal defense funds supporting the rights of
gay marriage.
But also because it was just all around good! (...) What I liked: I loved the dynamics
between these two, Addison did a good job of putting a realistic spin on relationship woes while continuing to make you understand
that these two are madly in love. I might be a teensy bit biased since my hubby and I have been together for 12 years
now.
I also loved that it made me think about the love and relationships behind the historic images of same-sex marriages that
we see in the news. Even with the spector of Prop 8 overshadowing my thoughts, this just gave me the warm and fuzzy
feeling that love will win in the end.
And not only can you indulge in the warm fuzzies when you read this, but you can also take action when you buy this book!
What I didn’t like: Everything was great!
Overall: I loved it, Addison did a great job of packing a lot of story into a little sip.
And it’s only $1.29!

Rating: NR This is a happy, uncomplicated story about a happy, uncomplicated couple.
Darryl and Warren want to get married, even though they know there's a chance their wedding could be invalidated after the
California referendum last November. (The fact this is exactly what happened made the story a little more bittersweet than
it would have been when it came out in September.) The story is very low on conflict and very high on sweet romance (and puppies!),
and sometimes, that's exactly what you want from a quick read.

Rating: out of 5 This short story gives us a wonderful glimpse into the lives of an established couple. Warren wants to
go all out with the wedding, whereas something much more low key would be more Darryl’s style. (...) The ending
was a delightful surprise, and I won’t spoil it by giving it away. Though less than 4000 words, this story speaks volumes
about love, fidelity and the right to be able to marry whom one chooses.

Rating: out of 5 Addison Albright has written a sweet and loving story about two men who want nothing more than to spend
their lives together. The controversy about Proposition 84 in California is one that is causing much controversy. This is
brought to light when Darryl and Warren don’t even know how long their wedding will remain legal. It is hard to believe
that people can be so narrow-minded about two people just wanting to be together and to have the same legal rights. For me
it is inconceivable to deny them. The love between Darryl and Warren is both beautiful and very erotic. Thanks go to Addison
Albright for bringing a new light into this current social issue with this story.

Rating: out of 10 This is a very short and sweet story about two gay men planning their wedding, rushing to avoid what
we now know happened in the vote on the Californian Proposition 8. Written before that vote, the result certainly lends a
certain bitter edge to the sweetness, which is no bad thing since there’s very little dark in this. It’s basically
a celebration of the right of gay people to marry, and to quarrel over wedding invitations :), with a bit of inoffensive sex,
and very mild angsting over menus thrown in. The two characters are pleasant, likeable chaps, one who takes an Elton John
approach to parties, and the other decidedly more blokey in that he hates fuss and frippery. The story is about how they resolve
their different desires on this score.

Rating: n/a Now and Forever is a sweet, beautiful story and I enjoyed it very
much. With great friends and family Daryl and Warrens’ special day is perfect.

Rating: n/a This story is only 14 pages long, but... wow! It packs an
emotional wallop. The balance between passion and emotion is just perfect. I have read much longer works
by well known authors that fail to deliver the level of character development and superior style of writing this little
story delivers. Addison Albright is an extremely talented author. I can't wait for her (I am guessing no male
author would reference Playtex - lift and separate! LOLOLOL) first full length novel!
